This loft-style room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and stools, a microwave, a mini fridge & freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker. Please note, there is no kitchen available in this room.
Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, and outdoor furniture. The attached Party Store is thoughtfully stocked with essential items and delightful treats for your convenience. Assigned parking is available right in front of the building, with extra parking next to the fenced-in private beach that will fit a truck and trailer. Additional public parking is situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st) with rental fees and a waiver required. A pack-n-play or stair gate can be provided upon request. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month, with breed restrictions and a requirement to clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in common areas.
