Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am. Smoking is not allowed in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Parties are not allowed. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. Guests are asked not to jump on beds.
