Ginger awesome property manager

Ginger is great as a property manager , the neighborhood is nice and quiet at night . Area is very clean. I am a working student and these apartments have done me a great deed the last 3 years!!! High recommend any young people for first time apartments if you like to be by the nature and downriver area.

Amazing apartment

We have been here 3 years office staff is absolutely amazing anytime I ask for anything it is done in a timely manner, and maintenance is amazing!

Feels Like Home

I’ve had a great experience with Bridgewood Apartments so far, especially throughout the application and move-in process. From the beginning, everything was straightforward, organized, and honestly much easier than I expected.

A huge shoutout to Ginger and Sam! They’ve both been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. What really stood out to me was the communication. They followed up with me, kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions, and made sure things were handled… efficiently instead of leaving me wondering what was going on.

The entire staff has been friendly and professional, and you can tell they care about making residents feel welcome. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly, and that level of service made getting settled into my new apartment a really positive experience.

Finding and moving into a new place can be stressful, so having people who are responsive, organized, and actually follow through makes a huge difference.

Thank you Ginger, Sam, and the Bridgewood team for making the process so easy and making me feel welcome from day one. I’m very happy with my decision.
