Slum

Every single package ever delivered was stolen.
My car was repeatedly broken into. Rot inside the wall that would crumble. No effort was made to fix anything. Cable was repeatedly spliced and stolen by other tenants. Exterior windows were actually walled over inside. Owners were delinquent, maintenance was nil. Go literally anywhere else.

Awful

owners are unwilling to fix anything that goes wrong, multiple leaks in ceilings, radiator doesn’t work properly, no thermostat in the apartment, no smoke detectors in the apartments, washer and drier are additional costs monthly but haven’t been installed in the 6+ months spent here, some windows don’t open at all, impossible to get in touch with owners and they don’t follow through with complaints anyways. All the doors to the outside lock however the owners don’t ensure that you have a key to… them leaving you locked out of the entire building. Save your money and go somewhere else I wish I would’ve.
