Clovertree apartments

Been here for a minute and honestly I like it. Maintenance be on it whenever something needs fixing, and the ladies in the office are always nice and easy to talk to. The 5-foot pool is a vibe in the summer and stays pretty clean. Overall, it’s a cool place to live with good staff.

Great staff, great community

This community has been a great help to me. I was able to move in swiftly and all my needs were addressed. Staff were transparent throughout the process. The grounds are kept clean and constant improvements are being made. Office staff are personable and any maintenance repairs are attended to in a timely manner. Great experience thus far.

I honestly heard that the lady’s in the office were mean and rude but that is not my case. They are funny, and they did help me a lot. The apartment could use some updates but it’s a good place to live. I haven’t had any problems.

Clovertree is the best apartments

Affordable housing and wonderful ladies in the office. Awesome location! Walkable to transit and shops. I love living here in Clovertree. The maintenance men are awesome and friendly and get things fixed fast. Ms. Lynnette and Ms. Reka make you feel loved and cared for. Its quiet and peaceful and I don’t have any complaints. I have adopted the ladies as my surrogate Aunts because they are so sweet.

Trashy

You get what you pay for, if you’re looking for a cheap place down town, it’s great. But if you’re looking for a family then this is not ideal.
