Terrible management, great community

Writing this as I wait for our maintenance request to be acknowledged, our kitchen sink has been flooding for 4 days and maintenance has done nothing. We’ve been waiting for another maintenance ticket for 37 days, one of the problems being mold growing in the apartment.

AMAZING people live here and it’s a great spot, but wanted to give any prospective renters and honest heads up.
