Stay away from BealProperties
I stayed at this house for a little less than a year to fulfill my lease after BealPrperties purchased this house. The BealProperties office ignored all requests for maintenance issues, they even deleted maintenance requests from their tenant portal. Beal associates would show up unannounced whenever they wanted without notice and threaten residents with eviction if we did not let them in. They harassed friends who were merely over for a visit. In my opinion, even if you are desperate for… housing, do not choose to live here, otherwise you are inviting more trouble into your life if you do. There are better options than being under the roof of a BealProperty.
