I am having a horrible experience with the management of this place. I paid all the fees associated with the security deposit and application fee (about 700 dollors), and I signed the lease. However, one day after signing the lease, I found out that I can not move in. They asked me to pay the breaking lease penalty of equal to the first month rent plus the first month rent, and I will neet to pay until they find a tenent for the unit. I have checked with them every day and surprisingly they have... not found anybody for the unit. Now that I checked their website, I see that they added 20% to the monthly rent of that unit, meanng that since they know I have to pay, they don't care when they find another tenenat. If you enjoy people digging through your garbage every night from 9pm-3am, this is the place for you. Walls feel like they are paper thin, you can hear everything that happens on your floor. Highway noise is brutal if you live on the side that faces 196 like I do. The apartment building itself is very nice, and covered parking (for a fee) is nice to have as an option. I have no complaints regarding the quality of the apartment building. But for the price, you can do better, look elsewhere.
