I have been here almost a year and a half and just love it! It’s quiet for the most part and all the staff is very helpful and quick at response time!

Great apartment with a comfortable layout and plenty of natural light. The space is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for daily needs. Overall, a very pleasant place to live—I’d definitely recommend it.

Pretty good, the events have gotten a bit better. Snow removal has been pretty good during heavy snow fall. They seems to have a team do it in the morning, night and afternoon during heavy snowfall, which is needed with the hill turn in.

I have lived here for almost three years and I love the way this feels more like a house than an apartment. The staff is wonderful and it’s such a peaceful beautiful neighborhood!

I always liked the layout of the community but since living in my unit I feel the quality of my unit does not match the cost. I'm detailed. For example, the floor board plastic in my bathrooms and kitchen are poorly set with gaps. Laundry room floor looks as if there was water damage. Kitchen cabinet shelves falling down. Shower heads pressure weak. On the bright side, I love the clubhouse and having a porch.
