Small but cozy

I lived here close to 7 years and loved it. Compact but Cozy surprising roomy. Management staff are quick to respond and there is an after-hours phone number if locked out.

There is a restaurant on the main level called Kaiffiene, it is great Asian infused food, coffee and teas that wonderful. It is close to several other restaurants/bars that are within walking distance of different venues. The heart of downtown is a 5-minute drive in your car or you can jump on an electric scooter or bike… that are on several corners. In the building are all walks of life, students, professionals, seniors etc.

Small but can be functional, unorganized management

Units are small and have limited storage (1 closet and 1 small pantry in kitchen). Parking is always a challenge. Apartments are updated and look nice. Management is unorganized and does not follow through with what they say they will do, however kind.

Very affordable but management is newer

The apartments are very small, but affordable if you are a college student in the area. After a long night at work, my key fob stopped working so I was unable to get into my apartment to go to sleep. This ended up happening twice because they never updated the key fobs from previous tenants. Management wasn't very helpful and is very impossible to get in contact with.
