Neighbors like to complain about everything

This place’s management is beyond annoying to deal with. They will hit you with a $300 fine if any of the fire alarms are dead or showing up as “disconnected” (you’ll have no idea if they are of course). This complex also has a ton of neighbors who complain about absolutely everything. Are you a loud walker? Yeah this complex will make sure you tip toe in the place you live until the others around you are “satisfied”. They are slow to respond and take forever to get maintenance requests fixed.… Our keypad on our door didn’t work for an entire month before the owner of the complex texted us saying it would be done on an upcoming Friday. Turns out the upcoming Friday was a month after he texted us that. They don’t have maintenance crews at this complex. They use contractors who 9/10 times work other jobs during the day. The dog park is the most mid “park” where no one picks up dog poop, there are holes everywhere that dont get filled, and the office is never open to meet with the leasing agents.
This place is new and the apartments themselves are in great condition. No complaints for the buildings.

Good management

This complex is very easy to work with and very flexible with tenants. I have had a great experience here and they are very easy to work with and very accommodating! I would recommend living here.

Noisy, Poor Management

August 2024 (the day our lease ends) cannot come soon enough. We’ve struggled with excessive noise the entire time we’ve been here. When I say it is all day, it is ALL DAY. I know because I work from home. Management has offered us a new unit. That said, they’re completely setting the next tenant up for the same exact problem without solving the extreme problem at hand. Additionally, we submitted a maintenance request on 9/4 for our dishwasher that was leaving a large puddle on the floor every… time we ran it. They finally got someone scheduled to come on 10/26. Just another example of their poor management. While the units are pretty and clean, we’d WAY rather have relaxation and quiet.
