We absolutely love living here! It's a great location, safe community, pet friendly and they have condo style apartments (no one above or below you). The property manager is professional but he interacts with residents like you're his friend. Maintenance staff is wonderful too; when we have a request, it gets completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and quick response to maintance calls. Very affordable, clean and spacious one bedroom apartment. Very close to downtown and shopping malls.

Pineridge is a good apartment complex with friendly neighbors. The manager is very helpful and the maintenance is also great. There are few walking trails around the complex. The rooms are a tad small - 1 bed 570 sq feet. The insulation is amazing.
There are no washer dryers inside the apartments though hookups are available.
No car port either.
The rooms have a rustic feel.
Overall good place to live in....
