I recently visited this complex and applied for a 3 bedroom. Unfortunately there is currently a waiting list. However, I am so excited to be accepted and move as soon as one is available!
The manager, Stephanie, was so helpful and friendly! The second I walked in the office for my tour I felt 'at home'. Although this building is old it is SOOOO beautiful! Apartments are spacious and being downtown is a bonus!!

2.5 years and more!

I’ve been a resident since mid 2020 and have zero plans to leave anytime soon! Friendly staff, approachable management, and easy-going neighbors make globe one of the easiest places to live. You’re close to most of the action that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer for a fraction of the cost of what you’ll pay 2 blocks north! The Globe is where it’s at!

Great, affordable, downtown living

I have lived at The Globe for almost a year and my Partner has been here for over 3! We love our apartment, the building, and the team here. Stephanie and her team are prompt, professional, and fair. When there is a problem, they are always great to work with. I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else downtown!

Love my apartment, when looking the manager was a delight to work with and answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable! She took her time with me and my situation which is hard to find these days! Would recommend to anyone! 5 out of 5
