Not Safe & Poor Management

Over the two years that I lived at the Hendrik, several homeless people were able to enter the building. My wife would walk down and see a random drunk homeless man in the lobby before work.

On top of that, management is not clear on lease terms and communication was poor regarding the termination.

Move in was smooth

No issues moving in! Appliances are well maintained and cared for. Everything looks brand new.

Super Friendly Staff

This property is just a secret GEM and will be hard to get into here shortly, with the location and amenities. It has affordable market pricing for being directly above a grocery store and Downtown Grand Rapids. It is also perfect to walk to the Amyway Stadium when it opens.

Don't forget about how Bridge Street is literally becoming the place to be, with all the food and entertainment nearby.

Westside is the best side!
