My home forever

I have lived at the Orchards at Four Mile since 1982, then called Old Orchard. This is the 4th Property Management Company in all my years here and by far the absolute best. I have seen so many improvements with this company. Upgraded and modern apartments. Brand new windows, screens, slider doors in EVERY apartment. Remodeled laundry, new washers and dryers. New roofs where needed. New paving where needed. They are always working on improving the property. There is a huge dog park for your… furry friend. The property is close to everything and on the city bus route. I will finish up by saying I feel comfortable and very safe here and hope to call this my home forever!

Nice So Far. No Issues.

Going into my third year here and I really have no complaints. Maintenance is very timely and respectful. Snow gets plowed and lawns get mowed, quiet, clean and no drama.

Terrible

Should be a zero star rating based on my experience. They will show you a nicely remodeled unit and then rent you one that is old and run down. Be prepared to call “maintenance” a lot to keep your unit running. They only have wall ac units which are not strong enough to keep the unit cool! All the units reek of marijuana and cigarette smoke. If that wasn’t enough, they make up “damages” to keep your deposit! Stay away from this location at all costs.
