This is a great place!! It's a geat community!! We love living here!! The neighbors are nice, the people in the office feel like they are on my side. They listened to my complaint and fixed it right away! It's a clean place and they are always making improvements!

Everyone was very friendly and made my process very easy. The front office ladies were very helpful and even when they were busy they still managed to reach out back out to me in a timely manner and gave me updates.

Very pleased with Cascade Apartments. Very respectful, very understanding, very reasonable, and also very helpful. However, what I'm really pleased about, is when I first viewed my apartment and seen how it looked (after I was told my apartment was going to be cleaned the morning of my move-in day), they were here within a quick minute or 2 to do a quick cleaning. Just very over all pleased with my move in process and everything it entails! Thank you for letting me experience this new chapter in... my life with you guys!
