A Place with Great Potential Moving into this apartment was smooth, and management made me feel welcome. The community has a great vibe, and I appreciate the amenities and atmosphere. However, some areas could be improved. My unit was not move-in ready, and a few repairs, like a broken cabinet door, were needed. The heating was out for a week during a winter storm. Took long to fix. Shared amenities also need attention. The game room’s pool table is worn, and the air hockey table doesn’t work... well. The gym’s weight bench is partially broken, and nighttime privacy is a concern due to visibility from outside. The outdoor fireplace is a great feature, but remains unusable, and grills have yet to be installed, despite being promised. Addressing these issues—faster maintenance, refreshed amenities, and thoughtful upgrades—would enhance the living experience. Despite these concerns, I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and look forward to continued improvements.

A wonderful place to live! Has all amenities I love! Including in unit washer/dryer, pet friendly, and includes a gym! Payments are easy to make as well as maintenance requests. They really care about your living situation and make a great community!
