Great service Excellent. My electronic lock was getting jammed and Spencer realigned the lock and went further and changed the batteries for both my thermostat and the lock while he was at it. I appreciate that

Toilet repair 1. Left the top of the toilet messy.
2. Turned on the light to the bathroom but never turned it off. I should send my electric bill to the maintenance person who fixed my toilet.
3. Did not leave any paperwork that they were in my apartment to repair my toilet.

I have had several maintenence request since January. All concerning drains. They have all been taken care of in a very timely manner, usually the next day. Thank you
