By far the worst building I’ve ever lived in! I’ve been a tenant for almost 2 years and this place is a complete hell hole ! We’ve been promised upgrades for since our move in date and nothing has changed. The carpet inside the building entrance is absolutely disgusting and so are the other tenants ! The walls are filthy and not to mention a murder has also taken place INSIDE the building and nothing was ever done about it for the safety of other tenants! We have people SLEEPING in the hallway… and smoking making the alarms go off at all times of night without any regards for others. The Owner Jack Rozen has no regards or remorse for others besides his own GREED! If you want to get in contact with him good luck because he’s barely in office. I hope you have great health insurance in the winter because you will fall from the ICE RINK of a parking lot we have. Also, be sure to have renters insurance because the ceilings do LEAK just like ours because of the paper thin infrastructure. Literally ! Leaking from the 3rd floor to the bottom. Another thing, we don’t have generators so be prepared if the power goes out. There was a foul smell coming underneath the sink the owner said it could be because of the tenants sanitary habits, the entire time it was BLACK MOLD AND SLUDGE underneath plywood to cover the mess. Also, there are cameras that he claims “ checks “ but if that were the case these conditions would’ve been rectified a long time ago. It’s an absolute shame having to withstand these conditions after being promised otherwise. Read More
