Okay place

I lived here about 4 years ago and it was okay. I signed a 1 year lease and about 4 months into my lease the bathroom tub started leaking so bad that it leaked into the kitchen vent and every time someone would take a shower it literally rained bathtub water in the kitchen. It took about 2 weeks to get someone out and all they did was tear a hole in the ceiling so it looked terrible and caulked the leak which lasted until about a month before our lease was up. But besides that; they were pretty… good when I communicated on being late on rent— as long as we told them ahead of time they worked with us. They were also good with any other maintenance problems. Very spacious; mine had a washer and dryer hook up in the basement. Would recommend to a small family.

Very Very Nasty Rentals

Not a place for young children to live Blackman police seem to be regulars around there.
being a woman I would never live there again. Also the units are not worth $800 a month

Never Never I'd give them 0 stars but it made me do one

I would never rent from them again. They want to charge you for every little thing. They don't keep the sidewalks shoveled or the drive plowed. The tenants always had to shovel and salt themselves. They pile old couches and mattresses on the ground next to the dumpsters for months on end before they finally get around to clean up. What an eye sore. Maintenance guys don't respect the tenants, they drive around with radios blaring, their work is poor quality. I had a wasp nest above my door and… called four times on it, nothing was ever done until one day I caught a maintenance guy outside and dragged him over to take care of it.
