Not What It Seems

It is run down, dirty, and in a bad neighborhood. I was very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that you found the place to be run down and disappointing. However, we would like to clarify that our apartments are not run down. In fact, our building is fairly new, and we take great pride in maintaining its modern and well-maintained appearance.
