Chestnut Hills Apartments

I've lived at Chestnut Hills for ten years while in graduate school and have recommended it to many, many people. The rent is affordable, even on a grad student's income, and the included amenities are great! The complex is small, quiet and safe. The front office staff are friendly and the maintenance crew are so lovely and responsive.

Chestnut Hills Apartments is the first place my Husband and I lived together. We currently live here now. Our one-bedroom is spacious, with amazing air-flow. Our neighbors were noisy the first year we lived here, but we talked with them and they were super understanding. There gym is always clean and fresh. The pool is the perfect size to lounge by on hot summer days. Out of all the years we’ve lived here we’ve only had to make two maintenance requests. One for a leaky sink and the other for a… dripping tub faucet.

I have lived at chestnut hills apartments for almost a year now and i truly love it!! This is my first apartment and not only is the rent reasonable but the environment is truly relaxing and well worth the price. The walls are thick and i rarely ever hear or see my neighbors, the apartment is nice and spacious and the location is prime.
