Discover the perfect blend of comfort, community, and convenience at City View in the Square (62+), a vibrant… co-op community nestled in a beautiful park-like setting with over five acres of meticulously landscaped grounds. Our 14-story building features 219 one-bedroom apartments, offering residents stunning views and a welcoming atmosphere. We also have a limited number of apartments available for younger persons who are permanently mobility impaired, needing the special design features of an accessible unit. Most units are subsidized and all of them are affordable. There is a limited number of one-bedroom apartments available now without subsidy. Rent is $900/mo. Vouches are accepted. Income limits apply.

City View in the Square is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation designed to enhance both community spaces and individual apartments. Planned improvements include:

Evenings come alive with activities organized by our volunteer committee, including group meals, game nights, bingo, and more.

Two full-time service coordinators are available to assist members, ensuring everyone enjoys a long, comfortable, and fulfilling life at the co-op.
