Great place to live! Fantastic establishment, beautiful surroundings. No real complaints sans the plumbing being a lil wonky. But still they hop right on most things real quick.

Maintenance/No Communication Our apartment was a complete construction zone when we arrived to our already pushed back move in time. We could’ve stayed home for another 3 days, but they insisted maintenance issues would be done in time. We live 4 hours away and we had family come to help us move in. We couldn’t do anything the first 2 hours and by then, it was already 7pm. Very bad communication. We did not have a dishwasher, oven, any closet doors, no blinds, missing trim, holes in walls, no… bathroom mirror, kitchen sink was pouring water, plaster/paint splattered over the tile floors (that I cleaned), we were missing our washer&drier, and numerous minor things, Our Amenities key for the pool/gym wasn’t activated the first few days, as well and every set of keys they gave to us, don’t work. Everything is just ridiculous and we shouldn’t have had to deal with any of it. They had weeks to get it all done and still told us it was ready to live in.

Live anywhere else With rent electricity you might as well go buy/rent a house. Hallways stay dirty from maintenance guys and the walls are not soundproof at all so be ready to hear everything going on in everyone’s lives. Also make sure your on time with your payments because they will overcharge the heck out of you if you aren’t on time for paying the SEPERATE electric company
