Peregrine Tower

As a resident of one of Peregrine's downtown lofts, I can attest to the company's attention to detail in the construction of their spaces as well as their hospitality and customer service. I enjoy simultaneously being in the center of the downtown district and amenities and having a well-appointed, quiet space to call home. With features and a view like this, I get many compliments on my loft.

As a current resident who has lived in more than one unit at the peregrine tower, I believe this building has a lot of potential (high ceilings, nice city views, located on a quiet one-lane street). However, it isn’t maintained well and has constant issues with outdated appliances breaking, water leaks, and security issues (break-ins that result in packages being stolen from the mailroom, bikes and other storage being tampered with and stolen). The property management is quick to respond to... maintenance issues which is certainly appreciated, but there’s a constant flow of problems making it exhausting to be a resident here, especially for the rent price. With new residential buildings going up downtown, people definitely have better options to choose from for downtown living. Read More
