Amaaaazing!

Maintenance team is consistently timely, communicative, and thorough! Issues are resolved quickly and any/all questions get addressed. Mike does not disappoint!

Hard to beat

Lived here for almost five years. Hard to beat the location and proximity to Asylum Lake. We're on our third property and third maintenance manager since moving in. This duo is the best so far. We've had challenges but they always make a real effort to address them. Can't ask for too much better than that. I'd recommend living here, especially if you can luck out and get a lake facing unit.

Maintenance

My dishwasher stopped working and I was Expecting some back and forth and waiting a long time before getting it fixed. Mike came in and checked it and replaced it with a brand new dishwasher a week later. He also fixed some of my closet doors that I’ve been having issues with. He was very friendly, personable, and efficient!

Great apartment, price creeping up

Me, my husband, and our two cats really love this property! We originally moved in 2020 right during the lockdown and office staff was very nice and conscientious. Apartments are upkept very well by Terry and things get corrected within a couple days if there's problems. The leasing office folk are kind and quick to answer questions or solve problems. I changed my name last year and they didn't misname me once!

Price has been creeping up about 100 a year for new leases. The building got sold… I think, hoping this new building owner isn't as controlling as the last one was.
