Awesome Home Community

Sutton Club is a great place to live and the rent is reasonable. A hidden gem. I lived at Sutton Club for seven years and absolutely love it. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. They truly are thee best. The ladies in the office are very professional, friendly and great communicators. Great communication with the tenants and kept us informed. There is not a better maintenance team than the men at Sutton Club. Grounds are immaculate; buildings and laundry rooms always clean;… issues are handled quickly and correctly the first time; very dependable and helpful. I highly recommend Sutton Club as a safe peaceful community to live.

One of the BEST!

Sutton Club is definitely a great place to live. The rent is reasonable compared to all the other communities in the Kentwood/Grand Rapids area. And you get what you pay for! It's not super fancy like the crazy expensive apartments out there, but you won't be disappointed! Everything is well-kept and clean. The balconies are huge! I live on a second floor with a beautiful view of the trees. The whole place is surrounded by trees! There's a private drive so it's very secluded here and I love the… peace. The office staff is great! They are almost always available to answer any questions when we call and their customer service is one of the main reasons that I decided to move here. No matter how "glamorous" a property may look, if the staff is rude then you'll never be comfortable living there. I don't normally write reviews but I do know the struggle of trying to find a nice place to call home with reasonable rent, and NO EXTRA FEES! I would recommend this place to anyone.

love at first sight!

Recenty my husband and i got a chance to view the inside, I FEEL IN LOVE! I pictured where i wanted everything to go.I hope that this is a place my family and i can call home this summer.
