Let me start off by saying, I have never had any issue with staff. We were having issues with maintenance the first couple of months I was there, but once they got a solid maintenance staff they were very responsive.

However, I do not recommend living here. There were multiple soft spots in my floor that progressively got worse no matter how much I tried to avoid them. There is also NO bathroom fan and the windows DO NOT OPEN, so there is virtually no air circulation in the actual apartment.... I had to keep my AC fan on at all times and purchase an air purifier just to make it bearable. Also since there’s no ventilation, the condensation on the massive windows is ridiculous. I had to keep towels on my windowsill all winter because it was a continuous drip. When it got too cold outside that water would also freeze all over the windows and windowsill. The steam from the shower also has nowhere to go so it just makes all of the walls wet and ruined my wall decorations.

At one point a pipe burst and we didn’t have water for two days. The pipe bursting also damaged the elevators and we didn’t have a working elevator for two weeks. By the time I moved out only 1/3 elevators were repaired.

Avoid living here — it’s a nightmare. Since the new property manager took over, the situation has gotten even worse. She shows no concern for residents and only responds when it’s about lease renewals. The building is incredibly noisy — people throw parties all night or move furniture after midnight — and management does nothing about it. To make matters worse, no one cleans the elevators or common areas, which are often filthy. Living here has been a constant source of stress and frustration. Avoid living here. It gets extremely cold in the winter, and they charge hefty fees for parking and electricity—more than a hundred dollars—without disclosing these costs before you sign the lease. The management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. After paying my rent, they switched to a new portal and then showed that I hadn't paid. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with the manager, who promised to transfer the information, over a month later, it still shows as unpaid. Very... frustrating experience. Read More

Great apartment to live in. It is more expensive here but the views here are very unique and you get plenty of natural lighting. Have not found another apartment with similar floor to ceiling windows.

This is honestly the first place that has ever felt like home to me and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and lovely place to live
