There’s better out there

You’re likely to have maintenance and pest issues after move in, which I dealt with . There are no numbered parking spots despite the high rent, the lawn care team blows dead leaves and twigs against your unit causing a breeding ground for weevil and ants . High humidity basement with bad door seals/ spray foam on my unit .and the maintenance can’t tell the difference between hot and cold water for a simple washer hook up .I’ve found myself doing my own repairs because any time I put in a... request they just do a worse job on what I started and refuse to have my deposit taken from something they caused .

Love the community

We're on our second lease here and we love the community. Maintenance is amazing the quiet is wonderful considering it's close to the highway it's extremely peaceful!

Nice place to raise your family

I love my townhouse—it's very spacious and has been a great place to live. Any maintenance issues have been addressed quickly. Staff is friendly and personable. Berdie and John, in particular, have both been very helpful. Another nice perk is that you get $30 off a YMCA membership. They also have a pool with a playground next door and a few grills. Overall, I've had a positive experience and would recommend living here.

Very Good Service

Want to give a High 5 to Berdie and Chrissy for their quick, excellent service assisting me with my policy issue. they did all the work for me. I've been here since 2010 and the last professional person I dealt with was with Aimco and that was around 2012. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays. Thanks Ladies !!!!!
