Not Worth It

I recently left after living here three years. There was a revolving door of office staff and gettings things done was always a struggle. They also just sent out an email to the entire community that they are having a live monkey in the leasing ofice you can take pictures with for $10, but the buildings have been half painted for over a year.

There are better places to live. Keep looking.

Love it here

From move in to living in I love it. I would recommend to others better pricing for size, units and amenities. The buildings also have an elevator that makes move in and grocery trips super easy.

Neglected property

$300/m electric bill because of old furnace in an uninsulated room. mold, constant problems getting management to address anything

Great Place to Live

We’ve had a really good experience at Fairfax. The complex is quiet, clean and very well managed. The management staff is timely and makes sure you’re all set! We had a work order put in and it took 24/48 hours to complete and fix our concerns. Much better than anywhere else I’ve lived! Our neighbors are really friendly and the underground garage is THE best thing about this place. I don’t have to worry about shoveling, cleaning my car off and no one can get into the building with a key or… unlock the garage without a badge! As a first time Mama, this puts me at ease for sure. I also like that there is an App operated laundry! I like that it notifies me when my clothes are done and I can pay with using my IPhone. The days of looking for spare quarters under the couch or visiting the bank are over! Seriously, we really love it here. Give this place a chance, and tell them Amina sent you!
