Runaway Bay

Overpriced compared to other apartments especially for their square footage. Loud central air units. Goose poop everywhere. Maintenance fixed my dishwasher but put it in crooked. Bedroom got very hot in summer and felt like there was no insulation in the closet. Security could be better with locked entrances.

Way expensive for what offers:
Apartment was in the shade side and the patio and entrance was all cracked, heaving up.
Also, inside the apartment, the kitchen floor was heaving up and in the bedroom was a crack from the window to the floor that was just painted over, camouflaged
The apartment, very cold and uncomfortable
The gym very small and overcrowded and with broken equipment
The pool guidelines require users take a shower, but the single shower in the change room was not working
Very... expensive for what they offer really
They also charge for utilities the last month when living, even if you pay rent and utilities already
There is no communication between the office and the corporate office, so is like trying to communicate with two separate companies.

I had no idea how time flies, but just moved after living there 7 years. I LOVED it. If anything was broken, it was fixed same day if not the next. Although I will a tiny agree with some reviews sayng that paying rent with out a drop box is a little cumbersome. It does not out weigh the AMAZING amenities. It is VERY safe, very close to stores and highways, and a comfortable great place to live.

The amenities are out dated. The staff are friendly until you need something. The apartment/management has ridiculous fees. If you are late on your rent they expect you to have the balance paid before the 14th or they will begin the eviction process-AFTER they have charged you a $75 late fee. They’ve removed the dropbox for rent. There is a $28 fee to pay your rent online. If you happen to pay rent late they will ONLY take a money order after the 10th (i.e, no check, no cash, no online payment).... The workout equipment is old and worn. The apartments look good outside but ARE NOT worth the headache.
