Stadium District Apartments

I've lived in the Stadium District building for two years, and have nothing but good things to say. My partner and I moved here from Chicago, and this was the perfect place to adjust from big city life to the smaller town feel of Lansing. Lots of great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Easy access to the lovely river trail for walking/running/biking. The maintenance team for the building is super responsive; usually they arrive within a few hours of putting in a request.... Convenient online payment and maintenance request system. The building is very well-maintained. Common spaces are cleaned regularly. The apartment units themselves are much bigger than in similar buildings nearby and seem to have been constructed with high-quality materials (granite countertops, bamboo floors, etc.). I lived in this property for 2 years and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I have relocated to another state for a job or else I would still be there. I don't even know where to start with this property but first i will say that the location it absolutely perfect right on Michigan Ave so it was so convenient to walk downtown and the highway was right there so the convenience was a match made in heaven! The apartments themselves are beautiful you have to see them to believe it they are so... spacious and clean for being right downtown they are pretty big and the bamboo flooring made it all for me. I faced the ball park so I definitely loved to sit out on my balcony and people watch during games and events that were going on downtown. The leasing office and service staff were so helpful throughout the entire duration of me living there whenever I needed something I knew it would be done right away for me I never had to worry. The girls in the office are on top of emailing back too so I always herd back with in a hour or so. If I come back to Lansing I will for sure be coming back to the Stadium District.
