Overcrowding of units so parking is a huge problem around the office. Common areas like the laundry room are always dirty. Washers and dryers are old and rusty. Evidence throughout the property of mold. Excessive noise and pet waste issues. Office staff are unmotivated uncaring and push issues off on a mystery after hours resident manager. Many of the... buildings are not hanicap or elderly friendly with worn out stairs and sinking platforms. The maintenance employees are great unless it comes to snow removal.
