Average Apt/No Major Complaints
I found the 1 br, 1 ba apartment I lived in to be average. Monthly rent was definitely cheaper than most other apartments in the same area but the space was small; so if you had a lot of stuff your living area would definitely be cramped. Maintenance requests were taken care of on schedule when requested online. The online payment feature they offered was very convenient and I never had any issues with other occupants on the property except for a few vehicles that were left deserted in the... back of the complex. Management seemed to take care of those type of issues fairly quickly. Overall, this is not the nicest place to live but also not the worst compared to other locations in Lansing. Average for what you pay and I would recommend it for a single person or student.
