Village West Apartments
I live at Village West Apartments and have been here for two years. I really like the new management team. They are caring do their job and listen to your needs. They are working really hard to give us what we want and make this a better place to live. The grounds are well kept halways cleaned and smell fresh. It’s starting to look nice and a place to be proud to live at. I have a quality apartment and enjoy living here. Give them a chance. Thank you.

Big Upgrades Under New Management
New management has elevated this community. In the past month or so, we have seen steady improvements - clean, well-kept common areas, responsive maintenance, and professional communication. The payment process is straightforward and transparent. Day-to-day living feels calm and well managed, and the property looks significantly better. I fully support the direction of the new team and am proud to call this home.

Avoid
I moved here to save money, but you get what you pay for. About a week ago they fired the manager and last week when rent was due it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. I was not contacted in any way to let me know of the changes. After calling many times I finally saw the new manager at the building last Friday and was told I could pay my rent at noon that day. I payed the rent and received confirmation. This morning I found a notice from the state of Michigan on my door saying I was behind... on rent. When I saw the notice I tried to call the leasing office several times and could not reach anyone. I immediately walked to the leasing office to clear up the issue with the manager and he was quite rude to me and told me he can speak to me any way he wants and that if I don't like it I can move out. This all happed today with the new and "improved"management.

This Tenant was notified of multiple lease violations. Rent has always been accepted by payment into the drop box. We have upgraded the property significantly. One of the major upgrades is to enforce lease violations and some tenants do not like... this. Come see for your self.
