Great Place on a Budget

We are very satisfied with our stay at this property. We were most impressed with the management. They worked with us when we were out of state and wanted to sign a lease. They even returned all of our safety deposit when we moved! We did not have problems with noise, or bugs, or any appliances (because they were all new). Our neighbors were nice and we lived in a good part of town. This was a perfect fit for my family of 3 while we saved money. Also, the managers are new and they have done a… ton of work to improve the apartments. It seems like something new has been done every week to improve landscape, paint etc. I think they have big plans to make this a much nicer complex and I would suggest grabbing any openings while the prices are still cheap.
