Not good place to rent lived here over 12 years

Used to be great 3 years ago but now it is horrible,They will take back permissions they gave you and will try to evict when they feel it’s time you leave .will make up stories and big ones to win in court will charge extra on bills and when you ask they will not explain why they have doubled bill ,Never shovel when needed never cut grass and only favor certain people lived here many years and am just leaving this review to save people the trouble it has horrible management and horrible grounds... keeping

Orianna ridge

Awful, never any maintenance on the places. The grass is completely brown around the whole complex. Very hard to work with the managers. Was good 15 yrs ago now not worth the money.
