I recently had water (storm) leak into one bedroom. Staff sprang into action and addressed the source of the problem and the the crew (plus the contractors) worked swiftly to removed damaged carpet and padding, treat the walls and floor then paint and re-carpet. All work l la was completed within 7 days from initial discovery. I am quite pleased by how everything worked out.

We have had nothing but issues the entire year we have lived here (2 BR 1 BTH). Constant problems, water going out, lived without heat for 2 months, ceiling/window leaking, tub falling apart, no hot water for months. Maintenance does care to fix issues, but just does cheap repairs until it breaks weeks later. Neighbors are all rowdy and disrespectful. Filed multiple noise complaints to no avail. Pool was open for less than a month before they closed it, volleyball net got blown down and was... never replaced. Nothing to do here, everything is falling apart and nobody seems to care. Please take my word and avoid this place at all costs. Spend your money and time somewhere else.

The office manager is proactive and understanding. The maintenance men are respectful, kind & get things done in a speedy amount of time! They give free carpet cleaning if you renew your lease early. The pool is clean & nice during the summer until September. In my experience neighbors are polite and don’t steal packages. Location is close to the high school & Walgreens shopping area which in the winter is fun for the Santa parade and in the summer nice to walk to Dairy Queen or tropical... smoothie. It’s also extremely close to grove tea lounge & a church with a park & a moms group if you’re into that! The only down fall I would say is there’s no dish washer, there’s no ceiling fan in the bathroom & no ceiling lighting in the living room or bedrooms (basement apartment 2 bedroom) I would recommend others to live here!

Called trying to communicate with the leasing manager. She was so rude and unprofessional, I wouldn't lease from these people If it was free.
I have never have the displeasure of speaking with someone this rude over the phone. Ugh.

I have been here now for 2 1/2 months and upon moving in I had a few problems for maintenance to come fix. Maintenance and Amy in the office are very responsive and communicate very well. I am happy to call this place my home!
