These apartments have more than average closet space, better than average kitchen, good-sized bathroom. I love having a garage and a washer/dryer hookup and porch. We actually have trees here!
There is no maintenance here though. Managers tend to come and go suddenly! But I recently reported a lack of hot water to our present manager ..... the issue was resolved within days!!! :-)
I do appreciate this affordable above-average complex!

Never return calls
I've paid the application fee online months ago, I have called numerous times and left messages, and three months later still no contact. No one is ever at the office either.
