Good location, but it's pricey, mgmt doesn't communicate well, had cockroaches for a month (office did not call pest control as they said they would, had to follow up again) , did not include mandatory fees like water and trash in advertised rent, will send out emails about cold temps but nothing about boil water advisories. They have contempt for their residents..
