Flooded units

I would not recommend living here. The sump pumps regularly fail, and my basement floods whenever it rains heavily. I’ve had personal belongings damaged multiple times because of it.

Management keeps saying the issue has been fixed, but the basement continues to flood after every major rainstorm. It’s frustrating to deal with the same problem over and over without a real solution.

Great Community!

Great community! Had a great time at the pool party and they started bringing food trucks to the community. Staff are friendly and helpful!

New residents, love living here!

We have just moved in, but so far we love it here. Our neighbors are all really nice, complex is super quiet. Everyone at the rental office is really friendly. Repairs are completed within 24 hours or less. Apartment itself is really nice, unit has been well maintained over the years.

Amazing apartments

These apartments are amazing! Took a tour here yesterday and the staff was so professional and just outstanding. Very clean property and also great management! Treated me like family when I came in! Definitely recommend!

Join the Neighborhood!

My family and I enjoy living here. We have a 3 bedroom townhome which comes with a patio where you can plant flowers. Maintenance issues are taken care of fairly quickly (sometimes there is a delay because of snow). The staff is friendly to me. The location is perfect. The overall environment is great and the pool is nice. The only issue might be because of the old age of the apartment that you might hear your neighbors. But hey, neat & convenient, nice staff, pets allowed, pretty good overall.
