If you like living on a college campus this is the place to be. River oaks allows resident to have air bnbs . I have about 3 neighbors and the rest of the street are air bnbs. I have strangers blocking me in my garage every other day and there is always a lot of noise . Guests are only here for a short stay but then there's someone new every other day.

Enjoying my time here
I have been living at River Oaks West for about 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, especially now that it is summer time and they are landscaping. My apartment is nice and quiet, neighbors are courteous and don't cause any issues. They recently changed the people who work at the front gate and they are doing a great job of not letting people in who don't have an ID. The extra level of security gives some peace of mind, I know that it was a big difference... maker for me when I signed. The workout room/pool area is always clean and is never too crowded. Overall it has been a nice experience and I would recommend it to any young professionals!

Great Property
I am relatively new to the property, two months, but I have enjoyed it up till now. All of my interactions with the leasing office have all been very pleasant. The one maintenance issue, light bulb out, was dealt with the same day I called it in. All in all I am very happy with my decision!
