Spacious, Affordable, Professional Services and Management

I have been with Plymouth Manor for 6 years, from 7/2019 to 7/2025. I moved out last month due to my job change. My stay was very pleasing. My rent was affordable and stayed the same since my 4th renewal. The winter heater was always powerful and made my room warm. The service was prompt and professional: leaking issues were fixed either on the same day or the next day. I got dishwasher replaced within 1 week after the service men confirmed it was not reparable. The office staffs were very... friendly and helpful. My neighbors were polite and honest. I dropped my wallet once at the apartment parking lot and got it returned from one of my neighbors. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Quiet and Affordable.

Moved here this year. The staff and maintenance are extremely helpful. Any issue I have had has been resolved in a timely manner. The price here is affordable compared to the other apartments in the area. It gets a little hot during the summer but that's what AC is for. Kind of wish it was a tad cheaper but all in all it's great and I'm close to all the main stores and everyone here is quiet and respectable.

Excellent place to live

I have lived here for 6 months and loved the ambience of the apartment. Close by to restaurants, Walmart, gym and shopping places. Quick maintenance and good management. Throughout my stay I enjoyed every minute and miss this place very much. Had my work place close by I would have stayed there for so long.

Great Place to Call Home

I love my apartment, it has everything I need and more. The maintenance is pretty quick, and everyone that works for this complex is so nice! I recommend Plymouth Manor any time I can.

Affordable

I've lived here for going on 3 years already. Moved it in 2015 and I have to say, the management has definitely gotten better but still not the best. Spacious for sure, but a hot box in the summer. There are bugs no matter how many times you ask for a spraying. You are supposed to have a free carpet cleaning every year but I have yet to receive mine. Moving out this summer, and i have to say, I am relieved.

This is a place to move in if you can't afford something else and/or if you are never... home. Not a place you will be happy with for a long period.
