I love the apartment itself but there are other factors I wish I would have considered before choosing this property. I give the overall building, management, maintenance and monthly package a 10. The apartment is beautiful. There is a lot of noise day to day living next to Woodward, multiple local event venues, downtown, and the hospital you will hear sirens very close at all hours of the day. I recently toured this property and was honestly impressed. The building is brand new, clean, and the units are much more spacious than most downtown apartments I’ve seen. I have been looking for one for a while now around the hospital area and wanted a place that gave me a modern/cozy feel. Management has gone above and beyond to make sure my move in and leasing process was as smooth as possible. Absolutely love what they’ve done with 28N. The building is beautiful, modern, and feels very high-end. The apartments are spacious with great layouts, the management team has been amazing, and the location is perfect right in the heart of downtown Pontiac with easy access to all the major roads and the hospital next door.

It’s perfect, walking distance to the hospital, which makes getting to work so easy. Everything is included, so I didn’t have to deal with setting up internet, DTE, or any utilities. The management team has been amazing with fast communication, and my leasing manager answered all of my never-ending questions haha. I’m so excited to be here! The best part is that the unit is brand new, and I’m the very first person to live in it.
