Most helpful resident

The office staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, and maintenance requests were handled pretty quickly. It’s a quiet and safe place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

My Experience has been Great for the Past Year. Tenant James Jackson

I haven't had any maintenance issues as of yet. The property is secluded which is a plus even though it's a side by side unit. Neighbors are wonderful. What's exciting is the events that are being held for the community to share. Oh and I was surprised about the salt buckets with scoops with shovels for the with winter snow for the walkway. Accessable parking for my unit is a plus. Located very close to my job site is a plus. Stores, the Mall is relatively close. Lawn care plus, So yeah I have… enjoyed my stay at CornerStone.

Terrible Management

Do not waste your time on this property. Management is so rude and disrespectful. They don’t want to actually deal with problems. They keep the office locked to avoid confrontation. You have to call them. So easy to hang up on upset tenants when you don’t want to deal with them anymore. Just please, please, please consider every other option before moving here. If I could break my lease today I would.

Avoid this place

Management will put on the fake friendly act while signing the lease, but let you have an issue and their attitude changes. They are extremely rude and unprofessional people who should not be running a place of business. They can’t even hold a conversation with an unhappy tenant. Their office is kept closed to avoid confrontation. So easy to hang up on an upset tenant and not have to deal with. Just save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Spend your money elsewhere

Poor management. You’re wasting your money here, they don’t have lights outside in breezeways for safety. Bad neighbor, they only care about their money. Please view before buying.
