I’ve truly loved living here!!! The location is perfect close to great restaurants, Aldi, and just about everything you need. It makes everyday life so convenient. One of my favorite things is how quiet and peaceful the community is. The staff and neighbors have always been so kind and welcoming, and I’ve always felt comfortable here. Westwood has been great. Since getting started with the lease with Billy, to dealing with questions with Doug. Things have always been easy. The headline says it all. Quiet, nice, affordable place to live. Happy to be here!

The apartments are safe and secure and i have lived for 3 years without any discomfort. It is very close to groceries and right next to restaurants and amenities. The work crew is extremely fast to resolve any issues. The apartments are brand new and always kept clean. During winters all the snow is plowed and roads are salted. I would highly recommend living here.

I recently moved into Westwood Apartments in Pontiac with my dog, Oscar, and we've had a great experience so far. Billy and Carly were especially welcoming and helpful throughout the entire move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free.
One thing I really appreciate is how pet-friendly the community is. They even provided dog waste bags when I moved in, which was a thoughtful touch and makes it easy to clean up after Oscar during our walks. It's clear they put effort into creating a... comfortable environment for both residents and their pets.
The grounds are well maintained, and the community is generally quiet. There is some ongoing construction, but it's limited to approved hours and hasn't been disruptive when I'm home relaxing.

The place is awesome. The apartments are great, the price is perfect, and utilities are included. We’ve already paid our application fee, got approved, and are just waiting to sign the lease. We’re excited to move in a couple of months.

Now, full transparency: if you’re the type to Google everything like I do, you might not find a traditional or established leasing site or a ton of online reviews. But don’t let that scare you—this is a legitimate family-run business. They have great customer... service, the leasing process has been smooth, and the complex itself is in a great location near shopping, groceries, and gyms.

It’s a brand-new development, so amenities aren’t in sight yet, but the apartments themselves are grand 1,000 square feet, in-unit laundry, a balcony (or patio), and security cameras all around the property.
