Would not live here again.

My fiancé and I moved in in July. When we moved in there was a strong smoke odor in our apartment for weeks, that the complex was slow in coming to check out. When they did they just said they didn't notice it so there wasn't really anything that could be done to fix it.
We've been having issues and tried contacting the office on multiple occasions via phone, email, and in person and are either ignored every time or told that the person in charge of complaints isn't in at the moment. This has… happened enough times that I think we are just being given a run around so they don't have to deal with the problem.
The laundry facilities don't always work and sometimes you can't even get in to do your laundry because the washing machines have moved in front of the door and you cannot get inside.
Renewing our lease does not look like it is in our future, as this is not worth the price we pay each month at all. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do NOT live here.

wow

this place sucks high rent increases for continuous leasing poor renovations prior to moving in and poor cooperation from the management never going to live here again!

Simply Amazing!

People are friendly. Briarwood staff are friendly and work orientated. I would recommend any one to live here.
