Maintenance is friendly and quick, neighbors are good and help each other out. Love the green spaces for my dogs and love having a garage for all the extra toys for the summer

If you are looking for a great place to live check Prinwood Place out! I have lived here for a year and absolutely love living here. The community is quiet, very friendly and overall clean. The office staff and upper management are fantastic to work with. My townhouse is the perfect size, nicely laid out, new carpet and updated with stainless steel appliances. The overall community is outstanding and a great place to live plus you are close to shopping, grocery and restaurants.
