Has it's pros and cons!
The apartments are very plain, kinda outdated, but not completely hideous. There's not much of a playground, but luckily the complex next door has a better one nearby. My neighbors were annoying.
The pros: Quincy is a great little quiet town, good schools nearby. The manager lives on-site, which puts people on their better behavior. Utilities were super cheap and heat is free.
The cons: neighbors can smoke in their apartments, walls are thin, management took $20 out of my security deposit to... remove wall decals that were there when I moved in, and wouldn't return my phone calls when I called about this. Police are in the parking lot frequently.
