Friendly and quiet
I have lived at Charles Hamlet Apartments for eight years, so I have lived here long enough to write a qualified review. I choose to live here because it feels the most like home than any other apartment I have lived in. My reasons for making this statement is for the following: It's location is in The Hamptons, which is a neighborhood consisting of homes, condos and apartments, which is very peaceful and well kept, close to Downtown Rochester and many parks.
The current onsite office… management staff is wonderful! Anytime I need service in my apartment, the maintenance staff is very prompt in getting back with me and taking care of any issue . They talk to me when am there at the time of service about what they are going to do and usually how long it might take to fix an issue. The maintenance staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They provide notice for regular checks on the smoke detectors, filters and furnace, which I have not experienced with other places I have lived. Also, the current office manager is very friendly, courteous and attentive.
There can always be some downside to the experience or situation with where we live, but based upon my experiences overall, I highly recommend Charles Hamlet Apartments.Review from Apartments.com
